And further the matrix algorithm was given, out of which the theoretical analysis of the strip shape improvement with Double Steps BUR was made. Theoretical and experimental study has proved that DSB can eliminate the effect of rolling pressure disturbance...

It is a simple, effective and suitable for the real condition of out country.

本文对轧辊弹性变形理论的几个重要问题进行了研究。在弹性力学结论的基础上,导出了辊间压扁影响函数,合理地处理了辊间压扁问题,并进而给出了计算轧辊弹性变形的矩阵计算方法。利用矩阵方法进行了双阶梯支撑辊的理论分析,并进行了实验研充。结果证明,利用双阶梯支撑辊可以排除轧制压力波动对板形的影响,可以增强弯辊效果,是一种简便有效,符合我国国情的方法。

Based on brief movement analysis, the conception of non-rotating line is put forward, which proves that the non-rotating line is always inconsistent with the contact line between rolls and stock. In view of condition of interference among rolls, the adoption of the most favourable value of mechanism parameter φ, the inclination angle, is advantageous to the increase of the delivery velocity of the stock.

The fabrics should run even and smooth from the couch roll to the driving roll. High pressure (above 25-30 kgf/cm2) oscillating water showers are necessary for cleaning the return fabrics. Shower water should hit surface of the fabrics vertically. Guidelines are suggested for operators.
