Objective To study the prevention of wound infection following palatoplasty by compound chlorhexidine gargle.Methods The patients undergoing palatoplasty were administered compound chlorhexidine gargle (observation group) and borax buccal solution (control group) respectively. Wound healing rate and mean hospitalized stay after palatoplasty in the two groups were observed. Results In the observation group, the wound healing time was (8 5±1 0) days, while (14 0±1 0) days in the control sroup ( P <0 01). The incidence of wound erosion and bad healing in the observation and control group was 0 and 12 5 % respectively, and the mean hospitalized stay was (9 5±2 0) days and (11 5±3 0) days respectively ( P <0 05 or P <0 01).Conclusion Compound chlorhexidine gargle could effectively decrease the infectious rate of wound following palatoplasty.

目的探讨复方氯己定含漱液对腭裂整复创面感染的影响。方法分别用复方氯己定含漱液 (观察组 )和复方硼砂漱口液 (对照组 )对腭裂整复术后病人进行含漱 ,观察两组病人整复术后创面愈合率、平均住院时间。结果创面愈合时间观察组为 (8 5± 1 0 )d ,对照组 (14 0± 1 0 )d ;创面糜烂和愈合不良的发生率观察组为 0 ,对照组为 12 5 % ;平均住院时间分别为 (9 5± 2 0 )d和 (11 5± 3 0 )d ,观察组明显优于对照组 (P <0 0 5或P <0 0 1)。结论用复方氯己定含漱液漱口可有效降低腭裂整复创面感染率。

OBJECTIVE To establish an external standard HPLC method for the determination of metronidazole and chlorhexidine in two compound preparations.METHODS The Waters C 18 column was used.The mobile phase was consisted of methanol-water-triethylamine(56:44: 0.1) ( adjusted to pH of 3.0 by 50% phosphoric acid).The UV detection wavelength was 295 nm.RESULTS The two components had good resolution.The linear ranges were 10~29 μg·mL -1 for metronidazole and 41~124 μg·mL -1for chlorhexidine acetate with the correlation coefficients 0.999 8 and 0.999 9,respectively.The average recoveries were 99.59% and 99.5% with RSD less than 0.9%.(n=3).CONCLUSION This method was simple and accurate,and suitable for the determination of two components in compound preparation.

目的 建立HPLC测定甲硝唑氯己定洗剂和复方氯己定含漱液中甲硝唑和葡萄糖酸氯己定含量的方法。方法 采用WatersC18色谱柱 ,以甲醇 水 三乙胺 (5 6∶4 4∶0 .1,用 5 0 %磷酸调pH至 3.0 )为流动相 ,检测波长 2 95nm。结果 两种成分能很好分离 ,甲硝唑和醋酸氯己定的线性范围分别为 10~ 2 9μg·mL-1(r =0 .9999)和 4 1~ 12 4 μg·mL-1(r =0 .9998) ;平均回收率分别为 99.6 %和 99.5 % ,RSD均小于 0 .9%。结论方法简便 ,结果准确可靠 ,适用于复方制剂中两组分的同时测定。

Objective To prepare ornidazole chlorhexidine acetate gargles for clinical treatment and to observe its effect.Methods Ornidazole and chlorhexidine acetate were used as chief drugs,glycerin and pepermint oil were added as auxiliary matrial to prepare the gargles;K-ratio method was used to measure the drugs of the gargles,wavelength was at (258±1)nm for chlorhexidine acetate;and at (311±1)nm for ornidazole.Random contrast was used to inspect the effect of the gargles.Results The average recovery rate was 100.06%for chlorhexidine acetate (RSD=0.17%),and 99.94%for ornidazole (RSD=0.11%).The curing rate was 87%for ornidazole chlohexiline acetate gargles,and was 50%for compound metronidazole gargles.There was significant difference between the two groups (P < 0.05).Conclusion The preparation method is simple,the quality is controlled easily,and its clinical effect is good.It is worth expanding the clinical usage as a hospital preparation.

目的根据临床需要制备奥硝唑氯己定含漱液并对其疗效进行观察。方法以奥硝唑和醋酸氯己定为主药,辅以甘油、薄荷油等制备含漱液;用系数倍率分光光度法,在(258±1)nm波长处测定醋酸氯己定的含量,在(311±1)nm波长处测定奥硝唑的含量;以随机对照法考察该含漱液的疗效。结果奥硝唑的平均回收率为99.94%(RSD=0.11%),醋酸氯己定的平均回收率为100.06%(RSD=0.17%);奥硝唑氯己定含漱液治愈率为87%,甲硝唑氯己定含漱液治愈率为50%,二者差异具显著性(P<0.05)。结论奥硝唑氯己定含漱液制备工艺简单,质量容易控制,临床疗效确切,可作为医院制剂推广。
