In this paper, the static exchange equilibrium of SCVCIEF-c_1, SCVCIEF-b_1 and HONCIEF with Cu~(2+),Co~(2+),Ni~(2+) aqueous solutions have been systematically studied and the mechanism of sorption exchange has been preliminarily investigated by a series of modern techniques. The experimental results indicated that SCVCIEF-c_1, SCVCIEF-b_1 and HONCIEF have good sorption property of Cu~(2+), Co~(2+),Ni~(2+). The pH,temperature and metal ionic concentration of sorption system greatly affected the exchange capacity and sorption selectivity of the cation exchange fibers. Sorption property of HONCIEF was better than that of SCVCIEF in dilute solutions. The exchange mechanism obtained showed that exchanging between SCVCIEF and heavy metal ions, i,e the ion exchange process was mainly ion-pair exchange based on static electrical attraction. However, HONCIEF could easily form complexes with heavy metal ions.

用各种现代分析手段,较系统地研究了我们首次研制的新型阳离子交换纤维SCVCIEF-c_1、SCVCIEF-b_1及HONCIEF对Cu~(2+)、Co~(2+)、Ni~(2+)的静态交换平衡特性,并初步研究了吸附机理。实验结果表明,这几种交换纤维对Cu~(2+)、Co~(2+)、Ni~(2+)均具有较好的吸附性能,吸附体系的pH、温度、离子浓度都对纤维的交换容量及吸附选择性有较大影响。SCVCIEF与重金属离子的交换以静电引力为基础的离子对形式交换为主,HONCIEF则较之SCVCIEF更容易与重金属离子发生络合。

An investigation was made on the development of an amorphous Fe Ni Palloy plating process. The effects of batl and operating parameters on coating composition and depositing rate have been studied. The surface morphology, structure and complsition of the deposit, as well as the valences of the constitutional elements were also investigated by XRD, TEM, SEM, EDS, AES and ESCA teoniques. 为适应多种用途及节约镍材而研究了Fe Ni P合金镀层。研究了镀液成分和工艺参数对镀层成分和沉积速率的影响规律。用XRD、TEM、SEM、EDS、AES、ESCA等现代分析手段研究了合金镀层的结构、表面形貎、成分及镀层中元素存在的价态。结果表明,用这种工艺可成功制得Fe Ni P 非晶合金。非晶合金中Fe、Ni、P均以零价态形式存在。
