Objective To observe the relationship of the degrees of injury and recovery in hematopoietic tissue by the histochemical staining of bone marrow cells from 3 patients with bone marrow form of acute radiation sickness (ARS). Methods The activity of neutrophil alkaline phosphatase (N ALP), periodic acid schiff(PAS) reaction of the erythroblast and prussian blue staining for iron were observed at 20 to 72 days after accident. Results The N ALP activity rose inverse of the doses of the irradiated in convalescent. The effect of the PAS and the hemosiderin related to irradiation and infection of HBV. Conclusion The histochemical examination of bone marrow cells could reflect the degree of injury and recovery on hemopoietic tissue, so it could be used for guiding clinical treatment and prognosis.

目的 对 3例骨髓型急性放射病 (ARS)患者骨髓细胞组织化学检查结果进行分析 ,探讨与造血组织损伤与恢复的关系。方法 照后 2 0~ 72d ,共 6次 ,取骨髓液涂片、染色 ,观察中性粒细胞碱性磷酸酶 (N ALP)活力 ,有核红细胞糖原和细胞内、外铁。结果 在ARS的恢复期 ,N ALP的恢复速度与受照剂量成反比。有核红细胞糖原、细胞内、外铁不仅受电离辐射影响 ,还受乙肝病毒感染的影响。结论 骨髓细胞组化检查 ,可反映受照者骨髓造血组织损伤与恢复情况 ,对临床治疗和判断预后有指导作用

Objective To investigate the influence of angelica sinenisis injection on bone marrow histology and ultrastructure in immune-induced aplastic anemia(AA) mice.Methods Female Balb/c mice were divided into normal group,model group,therapy group and contrast group.All mice were killed by cutting neck on the 12 th day, ulnas and femur were taken out. The bone marrow histology section and ultrastructure of mice ulnas were observed. The quantities of hematopoietic cells were counted. The number of femur bone marrow mononucleate cells (MNC) were measured.Results The quantities of hematopoietic cells in model group were lower than those in normal group (P<0.01),but they increased in therapy group(P<0.01). The ultrastructure observation showed that the mitochondria and endoplasmic reticulum of hematopoietic cells in modle group had been reduced and aberrant, the blood sinus cavity were expanded and the wall of sinus were broken. In therapy group, the mitochondria and endoplasmic reticulum were plentiful and normal in shape, and the blood sinus were almost normal. No obvious difference between therpy group and contrast group in MNC counting and hematopoietic microenvironment.Conclusions Angelica sinenisis injection performs a protective role in immune-induced AA mice by increasing the quantity of hematopoietic cells and improving the structure of hematopoietic microenvironment.

目的 探讨当归注射液对免疫诱导再生障碍性贫血 (AA)小鼠骨髓细胞组织形态及超微结构的影响。方法 雌性Balb/c小鼠 ,随机分为正常组、模型组、治疗组和对照组。于d1 2每只小鼠采集尾静脉血测外周血白细胞计数 ,后断颈处死小鼠 ,取出尺骨及股骨 ,计数骨髓单个核细胞。并行尺骨组织学切片及超微结构观察。结果 与正常组比较 ,模型组造血细胞明显减少 ,骨髓微环境受损 ,治疗组能明显改善骨髓增生程度 ,修复骨髓微环境 ,增加骨髓单个核细胞计数 ;与对照组比较无显著差异。结论 当归注射液能通过促进骨髓造血细胞增生 ,改善骨髓微环境对免疫诱导AA小鼠进行保护作用。

目的探讨当归注射液对环磷酰胺损伤小鼠骨髓细胞组织形态及超微结构的保护作用。方法将30只Balb/c小鼠随机分为正常组、模型组和治疗组。于第7天断颈处死小鼠,取出尺骨和股骨,计数骨髓单个核细胞,并行尺骨组织学切片和超微结构观察。结果与正常组比较,模型组骨髓单个核细胞明显减少(P<0.01);而治疗组与模型组比较,骨髓单个核细胞明显增多(P<0.01)。骨髓超微结构观察显示模型组线粒体和内质网数量减少且明显受损,血窦减少、窦壁断裂。治疗组线粒体、内质网和血窦数量增加,形态基本正常。结论当归注射液能通过促进骨髓造血细胞增生,改善骨髓微环境而对受环磷酰胺损伤的小鼠进行保护。
