The chemical composition of the steel is 0.4 %~0.6%C , 0.4%@~ 0.6%Si,0.4%~1.0%Mn,P<0.04%,S<0.04%,Mo<0.4%,Cr<0.%,Nb<0.1%,B<0.003%. The 10mm×10mm×55mm specimens and the 200mm diameter 6mm thickness harrow disk are made of the steel. The metallographic structure of them that is mainly acicular bainite is obtained steadily in the as-cast state. The mechanical properties of the steel are HRC 40~50,α_k>20J/cm~2. The relative abrasive resistance of this steel to 65Mn steel is 1.19. The researchment of this paper has provided harrow disk with squeeze casting and has the high economic significance and the important production value.
