Structural parameter of gears, especially web rigidity, has considerable effect on gear transmission. In recent years, therefore, the large f1exible gear web structure has been adopted in high speed gear transmission. Thus the current approaches, which define tooth correct ion based on static gear mesh conditions, are no longer adaptable to the low rigidity web. Based on the comprehensive consideration of such factors, as profile error, parameter of gear mesh and tooth correction, this paper establishes a dynamic...

Structural parameter of gears, especially web rigidity, has considerable effect on gear transmission. In recent years, therefore, the large f1exible gear web structure has been adopted in high speed gear transmission. Thus the current approaches, which define tooth correct ion based on static gear mesh conditions, are no longer adaptable to the low rigidity web. Based on the comprehensive consideration of such factors, as profile error, parameter of gear mesh and tooth correction, this paper establishes a dynamic model of gear transmission for predicting web rigidity. This paper also deals with the effect of web flexibility on behaviour of gear transmission, analyzes the flexible web structure and its function in reducing vibration, and presents a new approach for increasing load capacity in high speed transmission and for reducing vibrations and noises. A method for predicting the dynamic performance of gear transmission with flexible gear webs is presented and the appropriate computer programme has been accomplished by the author. The analysis of gear transmission with web thickness equal to (1/8~1.0) B, where B is the width of tooth face, re- veals that even with traditional thickness, the flexibility of the web has a serious effect on dynamic performance of gear transmission and this effect should be taken into account in dynamic analysis. The results show that the vibration and dynamic overload of the transmission is obviously reduced as the stiffness of the wheel web is reduced.

近年来,在由国外引进的一些产品中出现了“长齿”齿轮传动(例如在汽车变速箱中),以及薄轮辐齿轮传动(例如在航空发动机中),这在我国的齿轮行业中引起很大的反响。本文提出了计及轮辐柔度时齿轮传动的动态特性分析方法,并获得了相应的计算机程序。对轮辐厚度B_f为(1/8~1.0)齿宽的齿轮传动进行的动态分析表明:在通常厚度轮辐条件下,其柔度已对齿轮传动的动态特性有很大的影响,在分析齿轮传动的动态特性时应予考虑;采用薄轮辐(即具有大柔度)结构的齿轮传动,能显著地降低传动的振动与动载荷。

The terminal wave gear transmission is a new kind of planet gear transmission.It has many advantages such as simple structure higher transmission efficiency and higher ability of bearing load.The structure the transmission principle,and design method are discussed in this paper, let will find its wide use for its advantages.
