In this paper, an approximate formula for estimating the central frequency of the spectral component whose energy is dominant in the complex envelope of a narrow-band signal is derived via imaginary digital filtering. The relationship between this central frequency and the moving vector on complex plane that expresses the complex envelope is also revealed.

The computer simulation is given.It makes clear that remarkable improvement is achieved with respect to smoothness of image motion and resolution in the moving area by means of the new motion-compensated interpolator.

本文叙述一种应用于64kb/s 会议电视系统的新型运动补偿内插器.借助于一种刚体运动的假设,对代表未传输帧图像数据子块(由解码器输出)运动信息的运动矢量进行统计分析,热后用重新生成的运动矢量对未传输帧进行内插重建.本文给出了计算机模拟结果.模拟结果表明,应用这种新型运动补偿内插器,图像运动的平滑性和运动区域的可分辨性均有很大的提高.
