Using water geass as silica source, the synthesis of Y-type zeolite molecular sieve was studied. By addition of nucleation centers and reduction of basicity of reaction mixture, NaY zeolite molecular sieve having silica to alumina mole ratio >4 was readily obtained from a aqueous mixture of Na aluminate and water glass. The acidity of NaY, NaHY, and HY zeolites was measured by thermometric titration. HY zeolite was treated with 1N, 3N, saturated NaCl and 0.1N NaOH solutions respectively, and then the acidity of the solutions was determined by potentiometric titration. Results show that the action of n-butylamine with NaHY zeolite involves the reaction with acidic protons, dehydroxylated sites, and residual sodium ions. The acidity of NaY, NaHY, and HY zeolites was measured by thermometric titration. HY zeolite was treated with 1N, 3N, saturated NaCl and 0.1N NaOH solutions respectively, and then the acidity of the solutions was determined by potentiometric titration. Results show that the action of n-butylamine with NaHY zeolite involves the reaction with acidic protons, dehydroxylated sites, and residual sodium ions. Exchange surface protons in HY zeolite for sodium ions taken place only on the strong acid sites, the results also suggest that the acidity of HY zeolite originates from surface protons rather than from hydroxoaluminium cations.

本文用量热滴定法测定了NaY,NaHY和HY沸石的酸性。同时,对HY沸石分别用1N,3N与饱和NaCl溶液和0.1NNaOH溶液进行了处理,并用电位滴定法测定了其溶液的酸性。结果表明,正丁胺与NaHY沸石的相互作用包含有与质子酸的相互作用,与脱OH基中心间的作用,与残Na~+离子间的作用。Na~+离子交换HY沸石中的表面质子仅在强酸中心上进行。结果还表明,HY沸石的酸性与其说由Al(OH)_(3-x)~(x+)阳离子产生,还不如说是由其表面质子产生的。
