It could overcome the increase of the output beam's divergence caused by the change of the cavity. The appraisal meeting in the whole country in 1983 has represented that both the stability of direction of power output and the stability of time of power output of the new product which was developed according to the theoretical analysis in this paper has reached ±2.6% and ±0.9% at average respectively. The two percentages has got the first place of the same products in the whole country and approached or cought up with the advanced world level.

气体激光器的可靠性是指产品在规定的条件下和规定的时间内完成规定功能的能力。HeNe激光器是我国主要的气体激光器产品,在70年代末已具备一定的规模,从1981年起,由南京工学院主持,组织二十多个单位,进行了该激光器的可靠性试验。经过几年的努力,找到了它的失效物理模型、加速因子和加速寿命试验方法。作者主要介绍复旦大学所做的工作。
