In the article, the VDR cracking test (continuously Variable Deformation Rate cracking test) which is a relatively new cracking test and the Trans-Vare-straint cracking test have been used to study the effects of alloy elements on the solidification cracking susceptibility of low-alloy steel during the submerged arc welding.Using the WEL-TEN60-80 steel, we have studied the effects of Mn, Cr, Si,Mo, V, Ti, Ni, Cu, Nb, B, etc. On the cracking tendency and, drawn a conclusion that Mn, Cr, V, Ti decrease the solidification cracking susceptibility in the composition range. Conversely, Ni, Si, B, Nb, Cu, Mo can increase the susceptibility, but the effects of Mo, Cu are relatively small.It has been demonstrated that the result of VDR test are agree with that of the Trans-varestraint test.The conclusions have provided the theoretic basis for carry out weldability test and studing new materials for welding which is similar to WEL-TEN60-80.

本文在国内首次应用变形速率连续可变式结晶裂纹试验方法(Continuously Variable Deforma-tion Rate Cracking Test简称V.D.R试验方法),研究了低合金高强度钢埋弧焊时,合金元素对焊缝金属结晶裂纹敏感性的影响。针对日本WEL—TEN60~80钢含多种合金元素的特点。研究了Mn、SiCr、Mo、V、Ti、Ni、Nb、Cu、B等元素对裂纹的影响,并得到了结论。结果表明:Mn、Cr、V、Ti在一定范围内是降低结晶裂纹敏感性的元素,而Ni、Si、B、Nb是增大结晶裂纹敏感性的元素。Mo、Cu、虽也有增加结晶裂纹敏感性,但影响较小。试验结果还表明了V.D.R试验和横向可变拘束试验结果的一致性。 本试验成果为研制Wel—Ten60—80新钢种焊接材料和可焊性试验提供了理论依据。

The sensitivity of crystallization cracking which is affected by alloy elements in HQ high strength steel submerged arc welded metal was studied with continuously variable'deformation rate cracking test (V-DR) method for the first time. The results show that the data obtained with VDR method is the same as that obtained with transverse variable restraint cracking test method.

首次应用变形速率连续可变式热裂纹试验方法(VDR法)研究合金元素对HQ高强度钢埋弧焊结晶裂纹敏感性的影响。试验结果表明了VDR法与横向可变拘束裂纹试验结果的一致性。本试验结果为研究国产HQ60~100钢种的焊接性和焊接材料提供了依据。
