Objective: To explore the effect on the consciousness and abilities of the primary school teachers to care for pupils' mental health through participatory training Method: Twelve special topics were determined according to experimental school's needs and our findings through requirement assessment The teachers involved were trained once a week (1 5 hours each time) on mental health education through a number of participatory form Multi-dimensional assessment was adopted to evaluate the training by making comparison of the experimental school and the control one crosswise and longitudinally Results: Through participatory training, knowledge on mental health, the consciousness on keeping healthy of their own mind, and consciousness and abilities on caring for pupils' mental health were greatly enhanced in experimental group The control group was less advanced compared with the experimental group (p<0 01) Conclusion: The participatory training can improve primary school teachers' consciousness and abilities to care for mental health of their pupils

目的 :探讨参与式培训对小学教师关心学生心理健康的意识及能力的影响。方法 :1 根据对项目实施学校进行需求评估所发现的问题确定十二个培训专题 2 运用多种参与式培训手段对实验学校的教师进行每周一次 ( 1 5小时 )的心理健康教育培训 ;3 采用多维评估手段对实验学校和控制学校分别进行同组 (干预前后 )的纵向评价比较 ,以及等组 (实验学校与控制学校 )横向评价比较。结果 :通过培训 ,实验组教师的心理健康知识、心理自我保健意识、关心学生心理健康的意识及能力均有大幅度提高并已转化为行为表现出来 ,广泛被学校师生感受。控制组教师在无干预情况下也有提高 ,但提高幅度明显小于实验学校(p <0 0 0 1)。实验充分证明了参与式培训方法在教师心理健康教育培训中的可行性及有效性。结论 :参与式培训可提高小学教师关心学生心理健康的意识和能力。
