A PWM voltage inverter corntrolled by a 16 bit microprocessor (Intel 8086) is presented in tins paper. Making use of the Optimal PWM Switching Strategy-Harmonic Elimination Method, Newton-Raphson algorithm and a realtime look-up table method, 5th, Jth and 11th (M=4) harmful harmonics can be eliminated efficiently in the output voltage of PWM inrerter, thus the performance in low-speed of induction motors can be improved, the pulsation torque can be reduced and the electromagnetic noise can be decreased greatly....

本文提出了一种16位微处理机(Intel8086)控制的电压型PWM逆变器。采用最优PWM开关方案——谐波消除法,借助于Newton—Raphson算法和实时查表法,可以消除逆变器输出电压中的5、7、11次有害谐波分量(M=4),从而大大改善了感应电机低速运行的性能,降低了转矩脉动,减少了电磁噪声。实验结果表明,本文提出的16位微处理机控制的电压型PWM逆变器可靠性高、动态性能好;操作简单、成本低、体积小,既适用于工业领域中、小容量交流电机的调速,又可用于一般风机、泵类负载电机的节能。
