We applied the original technique of A/O(Anatrobic/Oxic) bio - denitrification technique in our nation to the processing of the wastewater in the Caprolactara producing, this paper introduced the operating principle of the microbial technique. Then the factors which can affect the process of wastewater treatment are specificed . It is important to the system design of the treatment of A/O(Anatrobic/Oxic) bio - denitrification technique.
