The authors think at the following four aspects to solve the thermal instability problems:considering the thermal instability in the calculation of mechanical strength; considering defofmation amount and its compensation in pipeline structure designing; considering thermal instability in determining buried depth of pipeline iand considering critical temperature of pipeline heat change at the joint turning up to above ground.

提出的管道热变稳定性与管道温度、敷设方式、管道结构、拐点放弧曲率半径、管径和壁厚、管沟回填土土质、密实度及土壤弹性变形模数有关。经研究认为,可从以下四个方面解决稠油长输管道的热变稳定性问题:在机械强度计算中考虑热变稳定性;在管道结构设计中考虑变形量及其补偿;确定管道埋深时考虑热变稳定性;施工连头时考虑管道热变爬出地面的临界温度。该研究成果用于九区至克炼厂两条调油管道,至今未发生失稳现象。

The problems existing in design of mechanical safety factor for machine intensity calculation, are analyzed. The relationship between traditional safety factor and the reliability is analyzed in detail, applying interference theory of stress_intensity. The corresponding formula is given. The example calculation shows that the design of mechanical safety factor based on reliability coincides with practice.

分析了机械强度计算方法中采用的安全系数法存在的问题 ,运用应力—强度干涉理论 ,详细分析了可靠性与机械安全系数的关系 ,给出了相应的计算公式 .通过示例 ,表明基于可靠性的机械安全系数设计方法是符合实际的 .
