831 landraces of foxtail millet(Setaria italica)collected fromvarious countries of the world were analysed by using polyacrylamide gelelectrophoresis(PIGE),and 13 zymogram types of esterase isozymewere obtained.It was found that the zymogram types of esterase isozymein loess plateau of China was much more complex than those in otherparts of the world,based on the geographic distribution of zymogramtypes of foxtail millet,analysis of genetic diversity and the comparisonbetween the zymogram types of foxtail millet and those of green foxtail(s.viridis).It was also found that the zymogram types of foxtail millet was similiar to its wild species,green foxtail,in the main bands.The distribution of zymogram types of esterase isozyme in the landracesfrom Europe was different from that in the landraces from China.It was deduced that there was a close relationship between esteraseisozymes of foxtail millet and its ancestral species.

The resultes related; that soybean isoenzyme patten of lipase and peroxdase of F1 generation had some relationship with the yield heterosis. Crosses with complementary band had the highest heterosis. The isoenzyme pattern of lipase and paroida of F1 generation had no any complementary band in the crosses between parents with the same growth type. Crosses including semicultivated soybeans as parents had highest ratio of com-plemetary band. Crosses with abundant tyes of the enzymatic band had higher yield variation po-teneial than that with less types of the enzymatic band. Interspecific crosses including semicultivated soybean as parent had more isoenzymes patten than intervarietl crosses. This suggested that the infusing of smicultivated germplasm to the cultivated soybean could enrich the soybean gene pool.

利用具有明显差异的三种不同类型的大豆品种,采用完全双列杂交方式配同类型内及类型间共15个杂交组合,研究大豆同工酶与主要产量性状杂种优势及遗传变异的相互关系的结果表明,大豆F_1代酯酶和过氧化物酶同工酶酶谱与主要产量性状的杂种优势有关,具有互补带的组合,杂种优势最高。试验还显示,类型内杂交组合,F_1代酯酶、过氧化物酶同工酶均没有出现互补酶带;含有秣食豆种质的组合,F_1代具有互补带比率最高。本试验结果证实:F_2代单株同工酶酶谱表型丰富的组合,其主要产量性状变异潜力大。含有秣食豆种质的种间杂交后代,与栽培大豆品种间杂交比较,F_2代酯酶、过氧化物酶同工酶表达类型丰富。从酶学以及分子标记的角度,明确了秣食豆种质向栽培大豆的渗进。

用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳法对普通小麦和华山新麦草及其属间杂种 F_1的三叶期叶片、拔节期叶片、剑叶、幼穗和幼根进行了酯酶同工酶分析。结果表明,不同器官及同一器官的不同发育时期酯酶同工酶酶谱表型有明显差异。普通小麦和华山新麦草就同一器官、同一发育时期相比,酶谱差异较大,佐证了普通小麦和华山新麦草间亲缘关系较远。杂种 F_1酶谱主要表现为互补两亲本酶谱的模式,并明显具有偏母本的倾向。
