In this paper the interrelation between these factors and the resolution is discussed.In order to reduce beam crossover and divergence angle, some methods which make nse of reducing the aperture diameter of G1 and increasing the spacing between G1 and G2 are proposed. By adjusting the position of the electron gun in the kinescope i.e. increasing the distance between the gun and the yoke, the deflection defocusing which is caused by scattering magnetic field of deflection yoke is reduced. Therefore, focnsing performance of kinescope is improved effectively and its edge resolution is inereased.Test data show that the above methods are excellent, the increment of edge resolution is better than 50 lines.

本文从分析9″显象管电子枪的结构特点出发,讨论了影响荧光屏上电子束光点尺寸的三个主要因素:透镜放大率、球面象差和空间电荷效应。提出了用减小调制极孔径,增大调制极与加速极之间的距离等方法来减小电子束最小交叉截面的尺寸和电子束的发散张角;并且以调整电子枪在显象管内的位置,即增大它与偏转线圈之间的相对距离,来减小偏转线圈杂散磁场所引起的偏转散焦;从而有效地改善了整管的聚焦性能,并明显地提高了边缘部分的分辨率。 试验结果和批量生产的管子测试表明:上述方法是卓有成效的,其边缘分辨率能提高50线以上。

The MCRT consists of several smaller CRTs (e.g.about 10 cm) to form a stand alone CRT with a large display screen (e.g.about 100 cm)by the melting technology of low melting point glass powder.It has some excellent characteristics including large display size,small depth,better electron beam spot,high brightness and contrast as well as high definition and so on.It is very suitable for the MCRT to be used as a large display device outdoors.A full display image of MCRT is composed of some unit images,with the result that there often are.some bright or black tapes between each unit image.The phenomena of bright or black tapes may be a serious defect for the application of MCRT.This paper also proposes a scanning circuit model and presents some test results suitable for the Camel CRT which is regarded as a test tube of the MCRT.
