The micronucleus frequency in bone marrow erythrocytes from the F1 progeny of male mice exposed to chronic low-dose γ-irradiation was determined.
      
The obtained offspring had an elevated micronucleus frequency in bone marrow erythrocytes at the age of 2 months.
      
A significant increase in the frequency of micronucleated polychromatic bone marrow erythrocytes was also found in the 90-d-exposed mice, compared to nontreated mice and the other exposed groups.
      
Also no dose dependent effect was observed on the relative number of micronuclei in bone marrow erythrocytes.

4 female Wistar rats,weighing 287.5±21.7 gms,about 7~7.5 months old,were used.

本实验用~3H—TdR及~(14)C—TdR双标记放射自显影方法,测定7~7.5个月月龄的雌性Wistar大鼠骨髓红细胞系及粒细胞系细胞周期时间,及其各有关时相的持续时间。用此方法能较准确地直接得出Ts,并计算出TG_1、TG_2、Tm和Tc。红细胞系:TG_1≤4.3小时、Ts=5.0小时、TG_2≥1.0小时、Tm=0.4小时、Tc=10.7小时。粒细胞系:TG_1≤5.6小时、Ts=3.9小时、TG_2≥1.0小时、Tm=0.4小时、Tc=10.9小时。大鼠红细胞系的细胞周期时间与粒细胞系的相似,这与小鼠的结果不同,小鼠的红细胞系细胞周期较中性粒细胞系的短,这主要是由于大鼠骨髓造血细胞的LI较小鼠的低,因而PR低、Tc长,反映了大鼠骨髓造血细胞中有较多Go期细胞。

The effects of TDP radiation and infrared rays on the erythroblastic cells of the bone marrow were studied and compared in mice irradiated with gamma rays from a 60Co sourse. The rate of 58Fe-citrate incorporation and other parameters were determined.It was found that the 59Fe incorporation rate, the number of uncleated cells, the mitotic index, the labelling index, and the labelled mitotic index in the bone marrow of the mice of TDP irradiated group were significantly higher than those of the control(P<0.01),...

The latter differs from, the former in that nuclear envelopes do not disapear during division, and no chromosome, asters and spindles appear under microscopes. The first step of division is to duplicate DNA to form polyloid nuclei; then the nuclei divide...

The first step of division is to duplicate DNA to form polyloid nuclei; then the nuclei divide into polynuclear erythrocytes, and finally cytoplasm divides into several erythrocytes of the same size, similar shape and unified developing stage. The mitosis inside nuclei occurs in piglets' marrow erythrocytes becanse piglets grow and develop more rapidly, the function load of erythrocytes is excessive,thus the erythrocytes hvve to speed up their reproduction to meet the requirements of the piglets' rapid growth.

实验发现,仔猪骨髓红细胞有两种分裂繁殖方式:一是红细胞一般有丝分裂,占红细胞分裂象总数的20%左右。二是细胞核内有丝分裂,占红细胞分裂象总数的80%左右。两者不同,后者的特点是,细胞分裂时核膜不消失,不形成光镜下明显可见的染色体,更没有星体和纺锤丝的出现。分裂的第一步是DNA的复制、形成多倍体的细胞核;然后核分裂,形成一个含若干个细胞核的红细胞;最后胞质断裂,形成若干个大小相同、形状相似、发育阶段一致的红细胞。仔猪骨髓红细胞核内有丝分裂方式的出现,是由于仔猪生长发育迅速,红细胞功能负荷过度,要求骨髓红细胞加快繁殖速度,以满足仔猪快速生长发育的需要。
