三环减速器是为适应机械工程发展需要、在综合分析已有的平行轴少齿差减速器技术发展趋势的基础上开发的一种新型传动装置。内齿环板是三环减速器的关键传动零件,在该传动机构中实质是一连杆,承受一定的冲击;又是一内齿轮,是一计算分析比较复杂的零件。其强度性能直接影响整机的运动和动态性能。借助于I-DEAS软件对该内齿环板的应力和变形进行了数值计算,在深入分析的基础上,提出了相应的设计准则和结构改进措施。

Beginning with the force analysis of the planet internal gear, this paper reveals the problen about principled load unbal-ance that exists in planct gearing with planet internal gear, and brings forward the coefficient of principled load unbalance.The conclusions of this paper possess important significance of guidance to analysis and design of guidance to analysis and de-sign of planet gearng with planet internal gear.

内齿环板的受力分析入手,揭示了内齿行星齿轮传动中存在的原理性载荷不均匀的问题,并推导出原理性载荷不均匀系数。本文的结论对内齿行星齿轮传动的分析和设计具有重要的指导意义。

In order to solve the problems of high vibration, high temperature and short bearing life of the three\|ring type gear reducer, a new type of three\|ring gear reducer with equilibrating load, reducing vibration and full balance is developed. The metal ring being taken as equilibrating load and reducing vibration is installed on the input shaft of the gear reducer. The structure and transmission principles of the new reducer are introduced. The formula for calculating the force on the inner ring plate is presented....

The influence of equilibrating load on dynamic performances of the new reducer is analyzed, and the dynamic response equations are derived. The vibration model shows that the new three\|ring type gear reducer with equilibrating load is an active reducing vibration unit with elastic link damping reducing vibration parts. An effective method for improving work function of the new reducer is provided.

为解决三环式减速器振动大、温升高和轴承使用寿命短的问题,提出了以金属环作为均载减振件,将其加在三环式减速器输入轴上,构成均载减振的完全平衡的新型三环式减速器.介绍了新型三环式减速器的结构和工作原理,分析了输入轴的内齿环板的受力公式,研究了均载环对减速器动态性能的影响,导出了动态响应方程.振动模型表明,装有均载环的新型三环式减速器属于主动隔振方式的弹性连接阻尼减振隔振装置,合理设计均载环时可改善三环式减速器的工作性能.
