Trait Anxiety Questionnaire for college students was developed in the study. 497 college students(grade 1 to 4)completed Trait Anxiety Questionnaire for College Students and Spielberger's Trait Anxiety Inventory. Results indicated that five major factors were abstracted by exploratory factor analysis. The five factors were named as Study Anxiety, Job Anxiety, Health Anxiety, interpersonal relationship Anxiety, and Anxiety for Fear of Negative Evaluation respectively. The reliability and validity of the Questionnaire were acceptable in psychometrics. Grade difference existed on dimension of study anxiety. Grade difference, origin difference and gender difference existed on dimension of job anxiety. Sophomores are more anxious than freshmen, juniors and seniors, students who came from rural areas were more anxious than students who came from urban areas. Female students were more anxious than male students.

The gender factor did show obvious differences when the following appeared, i.e. worries about learning, father's punishment, mother's extra interference or extra protection and parents' refusal or denial concerning parenting styles. In terms of single kids and non single kids, there existed apparent differences concerning the terror trend and strict punishing parenting style. As far as literacy level, occupation, divorce and unemployment were concerned, only the occupational state of the mother did affect mental health. And parents' negative parenting style would intensify the students' worries, and mother's active parenting style would lessen their worries.

本研究采用《心理健康诊断量表》和《父母养育方式问卷》对 196名初中生进行测量 ,探讨初中生心理健康与父母养育方式的影响因素及其相互之间的关系。结果表明 ,初中生的心理健康问题的检出率依次是自责倾向、恐怖倾向、冲动倾向和对人焦虑 ;性别因素只在心理健康的学习焦虑、养育方式上的父亲的惩罚、严厉、母亲的过干涉、过保护、父母的拒绝、否认等因素上表现出了显著差异 ;独生子女与非独生子女子女比较 ,在恐怖倾向以及惩罚、严厉的养育方式上存在显著差异 ;父母的文化程度、职业状况、离异、下岗等因素 ,只有母亲的职业状况因素对心理健康构成了影响 ;父母消极的教养方式将使学生的焦虑增加 ,母亲积极的教养方式将使学生的焦虑减少

Objective To explore the differences of the abilities of young students with different personalities to resist mental stress.Methods Adopting the LES,EPQ and SCL 90,we survey 880 students and use statistical analysis method in SAS software.Results (1) The students with interval personality had higher scores in the items of anxiety,depression and paranoid ideation than others;and the students with unstable emotion had higher scores in anxiety,depression,hostility and psychoticism.(2) Those who had interval and unstable personalities presented more psychological symptoms than others when they experienced discrimination,severe frustration and cold reception.Conclusion There were great differences in the abilities of the students with different personalities to resist mental stresses.Parents and teachers should understand the personalities of students,especially the students with interval and unstable personalities,help them to grow healthy.

目的 探讨不同个性特征的青年学生抵御不良心理刺激能力的差异。方法 对 880名在校大中专学生的个性特征、生活事件与心理健康状况等方面进行问卷调查 ,应用近代统计分析方法 ,通过SAS软件进行分析。结果 (1)性格内向的学生焦虑、抑郁和偏执因子得分高于其他人群 ;情绪不稳定学生焦虑、抑郁、敌对和精神病性因子得分高于其他人群 (2 )性格内向和情绪不稳定的学生在遭受歧视、冷遇或受到严重挫折的时候受到的心理冲击较其他学生大。结论 不同个性特征青年学生抵御不良心理刺激的能力有很大差异。家长和老师应了解学生的个性特征 ,尤其是对内向和情绪不稳定的学生 ,面对心理障碍的诸危险因素有针对性地进行指导和帮助 ,使学生心理得以健康发展
