Article presents the method for calculating the furnace wall thermal load by the actual water wall tube temperature measured. The method was developed based on the water dynamic and thermal dynamic calculations now in wide application in our country and can be used for field measuring of the boilers of domestic design with either super or subcritical pressure as well as for the calculation and analysis of these boilers.

本文按照国内已广泛使用的水动力和热力计算方法.拟订了由水冷壁管实测壁温值计算壁面热负荷的方法,可应用于国产超高压和亚临界压力锅炉的现场测试和计算分析.

The 20Cr-25Ni austenitic steel used for super high critical pressure boilers must have high creep rupture strength under high temperature and high pressure. The paper studied the influence of additions of Nb, Ti and C on creep rupture strength of 20Cr-25Ni austenitic steel and metallographic structures of the steel with such contents, and it also analysed the optimum contents of Nb, Ti anb C.

The results of study on waterwall's hydrodynamics of 600MW supercritical Unit's primary riser tube coils are presented. The corresponding application program is developed.
