输油管道防腐层质量的好坏,直接影响阴极保护效果和管道的使用寿命。对已安全运行17年之久的鲁宁输油管道,就投产以来管道防腐层检补漏数据和阴极保护参数的变化进行了统计分析,又根据该管道防腐层绝缘电阻率测试和管道内检测及挖坑验证结果,对防腐层的质量进行了详细、客观和科学地分析论证,认为鲁宁输油管道防腐层质量明显下降,必须进行大修,而且提出每年应安排大修30~40km,以保证防腐层大修期形成良性循环的建议。
