Finally 7 suggests about enhancing study of rernaining oil are proPOsed: ①an overall study of remaining oil should be made, ② a study for determining synthetically remaining oil with various methods should be carried out, ③ the newest facilities and technique should be developed or introduced, ④ the research force of the whole country should be organized to solve the critical problems in the study of remaining oil, ⑤ the focus of researching remaining oil should be gradually changed from "the megascopic scale" to 'the macroscopic scale" or "microscopic scale", ⑥ probes of new methods and technology should be made and ⑦ researches of remaining oil should be well combined with researches of methods for recovering remaining oil.

研究我国至1993年底动用的石油资源利用状况,指出今后挖潜的主要方向。认为剩余油研究的对象应和不同的油层体积规模相对应,即分为四级(Micro,Macro,Mega,Giga)。总结了研究的方法和内容:①剩余油宏观分布研究;②剩余油微观分布研究;③剩余油饱和度研究。(特别总结了剩余油饱和度研究的11种方法。)指出这些研究所对应的油层体积规模。提出加强剩余油研究的7项建议:①对油藏剩余油开展全方位研究;②开展综合确定剩余油分布的方法研究;③研制和引进最新的仪器设备和工艺技术;④组织全国的研究力量,有侧重地解决剩余油研究中的关键问题;⑤剩余油研究应从目前以Mega规模为主逐渐转向以Macro和Micro规模为主;⑥开展新方法和新技术的研究和探索;⑦开展剩余油与剩余油开采方法的配套研究。油田开发
