The effects of four feeds with enzymes( foundamental feed,foundamental feed + 1% amylase,foundamental feed + 0 5% pepsin, foundamental feed + 1%amylase+ 0 5% pepsin) were studied on the gain weight,feed conversion rate and some physiological and biochemical index in blood of broiler chicks. The contents of hemoglobin,tatol lipids,γ globulin in the blood or plasma of broilers is not influenced by the adding enzyme feed(P>0 05). The adding anylase feed can have blood sugar content of broiler risen remarkably(P<0.05) . Using two enzyme compound can reslult in the stricking rise of content of total protein,albumin,α 1 globulin in plasma.The amylase or pepsin alone can result in stricking rise of α 1 globulin content only(P<0 05) .

研究了四种加酶饲料(基础饲料(CK)、基础饲料+1%淀粉酶、基础饲料+0.5%胃蛋白酶、基础饲料+1%淀粉酶+0.5%胃蛋白酶)对肉用仔鸡增重、饲料转化率及血液中某些生理生化指标的影响。结果表明:加酶饲料对肉鸡的增重分别比对照提高4.40%、5.95%、7.50%,饲料转化率分别比对照提高3.76%、7.53%、13.98%,其中加二酶复合制剂组的增重效果显著(P<0.05),加酶饲料对肉鸡的血红蛋白、血浆总脂类、r-球蛋白的含量没有影响(P>0.05),饲料中加淀粉酶制剂可使血糖明显升高(P<0.05)。使用二酶的复合制剂可使血浆总蛋白、清蛋白、α1-球蛋白明显升高(P<0.05)。

A systematic study has been conducted for the best hydrolytic conditions of forage proteins digested by papain. The forages tested were fish meal, rapeseed cake, beau cake, maize, wheat bran and rice bran. The results showed that the enzyme required an optimum PH value of 7. 0 for the hydrolysis of these forage proteins. The optimun temperature observed was 70℃. Additionally the optimal time fordigestion with different enzyme to forage ratioes was determined.

通过模拟动物消化生理规律 ,采用胃蛋白酶盐酸溶液 ( PPS)和猪小肠液 ( PIF)两步处理为特点的离体法分别测定 9种鸡复合酶饲料和 9种猪复合酶饲料的能量消化率 ,从而筛选出最佳复合酶组合。结果表明 ,最佳鸡饲料复合酶组合为纤维素酶 1号 +植酸酶 2号 +蛋白酶 3号 +淀粉酶 2号 ,最佳猪饲料复合酶组合为纤维素酶 3号 +植酸酶 3号 +蛋白酶 3号 +淀粉酶 3号。肉鸡饲养试验结果表明 ,最佳复合酶试验组较对照组平均日增重提高 9.60 % ,料肉比降低 2 6.10 % ;仔猪饲养试验结果表明 ,最佳复合酶试验组较对照组平均日增重提高 12 .4 7% ,料肉比降低3.2 1%。结果验证了离体法在筛选饲料复合酶组合中的可行性
