Torsional vibrations in the driving system is one of the main reseach objects of ma- chine tools.This paper presents the following method tO compute the Eigenvalues and Eigenvectors of torsional vibrations.After symmetrizing the unsymmetrical dynamic Ma- trix the Eigenvalues and Eigenvectors of torsional vibrations in the driving system and thier brenches can be computed by the Jacobi's method.It seems superior to the Holzer's method both in the computing speed and in the application of brenched system. This method is used to treat the torsional vibration in the driving system of Y 38 gear hobbing machine with success.The computing results are agreeable with practical measurements. Moreover,the different combinations of operating parameters occured in the driving system and thief influence on the Eigenvalues and Eigenvectors are investigated.

机床传动系统扭转振动的研究是机床学的重要课题之一。本文作者将分支系统扭转振动的广义特征值问题,先化成普通特征值问题,再用雅可比方法求解其特征值和特征向量。这种计算方法较传统的霍尔兹法计算速度快得多,并且更适用于多分支系统。利用这种方法计算了Y38滚齿机传动系统扭振的固有频率及其振型。计算结果与实测数据是一致的。在此基础上,作者以数字电子计算机为工具,就传动系统各种结构参数的变化对扭振固有频率及其振型的影响作了一一分析,并由此得出了有价值的结论。本文提供的计算多分支系统特征值和特征向量的方法和程序,以及利用电子计算机分析各种参数变化对传动系统扭振的影响的方法,对其他多分支机械传动系统都不失其一般性。本文就 Y38滚齿机所作的扭振分析对齿轮机床的设计与研究有直接的现实意义。

In the paper, the author using the vibration theory and the relative mathematical methods, discusses the characteristic of frequency distribution in driving system with symmetric branchs, and finds out that the natural frequencies of driving system with symmetric branchs can be determined by the natural frequencies of two equivalent and independent straight systems, that there is not any dual frequency in the symmetric two branch system, and that there must be the dual frequency in the symmetric three (or L>3)...

本文应用分块矩阵理论将对称分支传动系统的扭振固有频率方程转化为二个低阶的固有频率方程,从而使对称分支系统的固有频率可以通过计算二个独立直串系统(简化直串系统和分支系统)的固有频率而得到。且证实了对称二分支系统不存在重频率,对称三分支及其L(>3)个对称分支的系统一定存在重频率。

This paper studies the effect cf high speed recloser (HSR) on the mechanical torques in large turbine senerator set shafts. The torsional natural frequencies and mode shapes are calculated. The approximate formula of electromagnetic torques due to unsucessfful high speed recloser is presented. And the effect of various swichng time on the maximum torques of the set shafts is discussed.

本文分析了快速自动重合闸这种电网扰动对大型汽轮发电机组轴系扭矩的影响,确定了20万瓧汽轮发电机组辅系扭振的固有频率,建立了高压母线上不成功的快速自动重合闸的电磁转矩近似表达式.文章还讨论了不同切换时刻对辅系扭矩放大系数的影响,得到了几点新的结果.
