In view of the considerable difference between the measured no-load voltage ratio error of the transformer in 220 kV Qunxing Substation of Jiangmen Power Supply Branch,GPG and the specification of the manufacturer,this paper presents a method to measure the ratio error of the grounding transformer with secondary windings.

The setting of non-periodic component coefficient,transformer same type coefficient and transformer ratio error coefficient is analyzed for the misoperation of protection caused by the augment of short-circuit current multiple.

According to the arrangment in advance for technology parameters and optical power ratio,a monomode optical fiber coupler can be made automatically by fusing and tapering processes with the excess loss of less than 0. 2dB,power ratio error of less than 2% and end product rate of 90%.

It shown by simulation under the same conditions with MATLAB thatthe relative standard deviations of air fuel ratio errors under random modes and transient modes are both less than 2 %. Control accuracy can be improved evidently.
