The recrystallization temperature of cold deformed steels and its influencing factors have been studied by measuring hardness values and structure observation. The results showed that the recrystallization temperature is increased by alloying chromium and molybdenum. The cementite phase in steels increases the recrystallization temperature and abstracts the grain growth. The recrystallization temperature is increased with the increase of carbon content. Compared with the particle cementite, the lamellar cementite possesses a stronger role for hindering recrystallization and grains growth. Therefore, the steel with lamellar cementite displays a smaller rate and higher temperature of recrystallization.

通过测量硬度和观察组织,确定了几种冷变形钢的再结晶温度及其影响因素。结果表明:铬和钼可提高钢的再结晶温度。由于渗碳体阻碍晶粒长大,所以随碳含量的增加,钢的再结晶温度升高。与粒状渗碳体相比,层片状渗碳体对再结晶及晶粒长大有更大的阻碍作用。因此,仅有层片状渗碳体结构的钢具有较慢的再结晶速率和较高的再结晶温度。
