Pathogen was separated from the bodies of infected Euproctis pseudo-cor.spersa larvae and was identified as Euproctis pseudoconspersa nuclear poly-hedrosis virus ( EPNPV). The rod-shaped virus belongs to the multi -granule inclusion type. Its DNA is of the configuration of monomolecu-lar double-strand superhelix,with a molecular weight of 9.6-9.7×107 Dol-ton.

1975年采得病死茶毛虫尸体。该病原被鉴定为茶毛虫核型多角体病毒(简称EPNPV),在细胞核内增殖,形成多角体,病毒束为短柱状,核衣壳为杆状,多粒包埋。核酸构型为单分子双链环状超螺旋DNA,分子量96~97×10~6道尔顿。病毒核酸内切酶图谱及蛋白结构多肽图谱分析都具有其特异性。用它的DNA探针与其他NPV-DNA杂交,鉴定出EPNPV与其他NPV-DNA的不同同源性程度。该毒株毒力生物测定,对三至五龄幼虫LG_(50)为1.18~1.58×10~5多角体/毫升。病毒增殖采用茶园治虫回收、迁集定园增殖、室内催孵催育然后罩控等简易方法,大量增殖病毒,试制了病毒粉剂、乳剂。1976年以来,于不同龄期、季节、气候、海拔、地区以3~6×10~7多角体/毫升在茶园进行试验与示范共1400多亩,杀虫率为71~97%,并观察到在茶园使用有其流行传播及持续作用。1985~1986年在福州、寿宁等地茶园推广4000多亩,杀虫率为82.9%以上,年亩有10~50元以上的经济效益(挽回损失)。对喂饲茶园优势种天敌瓢虫、蜘蛛试验无害。对实验动物的安全性试验表明,对人畜安全无害,有明显的社会效益。

The economic benefit produced by planting torch pine and masson pine for five years are 225 and 24 thousand yuan per square kilometers respectively.

The average yield was about 167 kg per mu, a 20% yield-increasing over common cultivation method. It demonstrated that the yield of spring-soybean in Fujian is still great potential, and limited factor is cultivation technique. The improved approach to get higher yield was as follows: earlier sowing, increasing N application in total and practising with the principals as called early-heavy, middle-limited, and late-light, and establishing a ideal population.

1988-1990年采用单项研究和综合技术研究与示范推广相结合的方法,在福建省7个春大豆主产县累计推广16万亩,平均亩产167kg,增产幅度20%以上。试验与示范结果表明,要提高春大豆产量,必须紧紧抓住提高单株饱满粒数这个中心环节,采取早播、早施苗期“启动”肥和群体合理配置等综合配套技术措施。
