In this paper, a semiconducting ceramic moisture sensor using ZrO2, Nb2O5 and P2O5 as raw materials is studied. Its component is analysed by means of Scanning Electron Microscope, X-ray Diffractometer, X-ray Energy Spectrometer. The fine polynary oxide powders are sintered at a high temperature to form the poraus semiconducting ceramics which consists of many microcrystalline particles. The particle is surrounded by some polyacid polyblends: Nb0.2Zr0.8O2. 1, Nb2Zr6O17, ZrNb14O37, ZrO2-Nb2O5, ZrP2O7, NbPO5, Nb44P2O115, ZrO2-SiO2. These polyphosphate, polyniobate, polyzirconate and so on, can constitute the conductive path between microcrystalline particles. Their admittance is mainly enhanced by the absorption and capillary condensation of water.

Abstract A semiconductive ceramic moisture sensor using ZrO2, SiO2,Nb2O5 and P2O5 as raw materials is studied. The fine oxide Powders are sintered at a high temperature to form the porous semiconductive ceramic body consisting of many microcrystalline particles. The particle is surrounded by some complex oxides:Nb0.2Zr0.8O2.1, ZrNb14O32, ZrP2O7 and Nb44P2O115. These solid solutions can decrease the resistance between the microcrystalline particles. The absorption and the capillary condensation of atmospheric water moleculae further enhance the admittance of the semiconductive ceramic moisture sensor.

The resistance to propagation of cracks in Ti5Al4Mo4Cr2Sn2ZrNb alloy under three different heat-treatment schemes is studied by direct current potentiometry- The results show that the scheme of twice solid solution treatments followed by ageing proves to be the best of the three treatments,which will bring about the highest resistance, the highest value of K (stress intensity factor for resistance to creep rupture) and the longest lifetime for enduring creep rupture. β treatment has the most inferior effect...

选用三种不同热处理制度,借助于直流电位法对Ti5Al4Mo4Cr2Sn2ZrNb钛合金进行抗蠕变裂纹扩展性能的研究。结果表明,二次固溶+时效处理者最佳,合金抗蠕变裂纹扩展的能力最强,抗蠕变断裂应力强度因子K也最高,蠕变断裂寿命最长,9处理的合金性能最差,退火处理者介于两者之间。
