A convenient transient data acquisition system for vehicles adopting CM3504/8 filter to complete the plus, resist and filter of the mixed waves and AC/DC coupling for input signal is designed. The bussing data collecting card, DAQP-308,has maximal sampling frequency of 100 kHz. It is used to achieve sampling keeping, filtering the high or low waves, resisting filtering of the mixed waves, separating signal, difference input/output etc. The software, DASYLab, has graphical interfaces and is used to complete collecting data, course controlling and analyzing. By using strain gauge, temperature convertor and F/V switch, the pressure, temperature and rotation signals are converted into simulation signals, and collected and stored real-time.

内燃机瞬态参数采集系统都限于台架试验,作者设计了一种便携式VGT涡轮增压整车性能瞬态参数采集系统.该系统采用了CM3504/8高性能程控滤波器,完成对动态输入信号的程控增益、抗混滤波、AC/DC耦合等调理工作;运用DAQP-308PCMCIA总线数据采集卡的设计方法,实现同步采样保持、高低通滤波、抗混滤波、隔离信号调理、差分输入/输出等功能,最大采样频率为100kHz;采用DASYLab驱动软件,具有图形化人机交换界面;通过应变仪、温度变送器和F/V转换器等将压力、温度和转速信号转换成模拟电压信号,由采集系统进行实时采集、实时存储.该系统应用于VGT涡轮增压整车高原性能试验,能够满足VGT涡轮增压柴油机整车性能瞬态参数的数据采集、过程控制和分析处理的要求.

A volute centrifugal pump with impeller diameter of 125 mm was tested in a special facility designed and built for transient operation research. The transient parameters of centrifugal pump were collected by an acute instrument and a high-speed collection system. A volute centrifugal pump with impeller diameter of 125 mm was tested in a special facility designed and built for transient operation research. The transient parameters of centrifugal pump were collected by an acute instrument and a high-speed collection system. With the control valve held at different open positions during 4 different transient operations, the different transient results were analyzed compared with the assumed quasi-steady results. Analysis of the transient results shows that the flow-rate and pump head increase as rotational speed increases, and that they finally approach the steady-state values when rotational speed reaches maximal value. The transient performance after a moment accords with the performance under quasi-steady assumption. The non-dimensional pump head coefficient tends to become larger than the quasi-steady value at the very beginning of the start, which indicates obvious transient effect.

介绍了水泵瞬态试验装置和试验过程,对一台叶轮直径为125mm的管道离心泵进行了试验,通过快速响应测试仪表和高速数据采集系统实现瞬态参数的采集.给出在4种不同管路参数下离心泵启动过程的试验结果,并与基于准稳态假设的结果进行比较.试验结果表明,在启动过程中,离心泵的扬程随着转速的迅速上升而迅速增大,并在转速最大时达到最大值,转速稳定后的瞬态性能与稳态性能完全对应.在转速到达最大前的瞬态过程中,后阶段的性能与基于准稳态假设的结果基本吻合;在启动初始阶段,无量纲扬程呈现很大值,继而迅速减小到低于准稳态假设值,表现出明显的瞬态效应.
