Although various schemes have successively been proposed along with the development of computing technique, the contradiction between accuracy and complexity remains to be solved.This paper suggests a new method which utilizes recursive digital filters and associative decision logic to search and trace the fundamental frequency. It is enough to prove that the result is good by means of the simulation in computer and the realtime special purpose hardware. Synthetic speech intelligibility and naturalness are both quite satisfactory. Moreover, hardware is simple. Thus it can be adapted in communication engineering.  从语言信号中提取基频是语言声学中尚未满意解决的一个问题.近年来随着计算技术的发展,相继提出了多种方案,但在准确性和复杂性的矛盾上,仍有待进一步研究.本文提出了一种提取语言信号基频的新方法:用递归数字滤波器搜索和逻辑判决.经过在计算机上的模拟和硬件研制的实践证明,效果很好,合成语言有较好的自然度与可懂度,且硬件简单,适合于通信工程使用. It seems to us that the main objective to study system performance evaluation is to enable us to design computer systems more efficiently, and to enhance costeffective and to facilitate various applications. This paper summarizes developments of system performance... Because of continuous developing of the complexity of computer architecture and computer applications, the performance evaluation for computer systems is rapidly developed, and it becomes one of the important reseach domains of computer science. It seems to us that the main objective to study system performance evaluation is to enable us to design computer systems more efficiently, and to enhance costeffective and to facilitate various applications. This paper summarizes developments of system performance evaluation, then describes in detail three major methods for evaluation: analysis, simulation and measurement as well as their applications by way of examples. Some kinds of view points are presented by the authors of this paper.  随着计算机系统结构的复杂性和计算机应用的复杂性的不断发展,计算机系统性能评价也迅速发展起来,并形成了计算机科学的一个重要研究领域。研究系统性能评价的根本目的就是为了研究如何更好地设计、配置和改善计算机系统,提高其成本效率,以利于各种各样的应用。本文首先综述了系统性能评价的发展,然后分别详细描述了性能评价的三个主要方法:分析、摸拟和测量,举例说明了它们的应用,并提出了我们的一些看法。  The complexity of haidware realizations of digital filters is highly dependent upon the multipliers which are also the most important speed determining components. Dring the past ten years many attempts have been made to reduce the coefficieni complexity. In this paper, a new technique is presented to impliment a linear phase FIR digital filter without multipliers, and the relationship between noise power spectrum generated by a coefficient whose value is a power of 2 and the rounding policy are also discussed....
