Therefore, selecting appropriate sizes of flange as well ae the diameter of bolts the bending stress at the shell/flange junction may be decreased or vanished. This gives an important method...

本文用半解析半离散的方法,对具有椭球封头的法兰连接圆筒压力容器进行了分析。理论分析结果表明,法兰截面尺寸对壳体中的应力分布及法兰变形起着重要的作用。因此,适当选取法兰截面尺寸及连接螺栓的直径,可以减小、甚至消除壳体与法兰连接处的弯曲应力。这对圆筒压力容器法兰连接的优化设计具有重要的意义。 在理论分析的基础上,我们还建议了一种新的法兰连接形式。

本文对接管外载荷在具有补强圈补强的圆筒压力容器中引起的局部应力进行了试验研究及有限元分析。三台具有不同d/D比的模型容器的研究结果表明,无论在接管轴向推力还是在接管纵向弯矩及横向弯矩的作用下,补强圈的补强效果是明显的。它使接管区容器上的应力明显降低。研究结果同时表明,由接管横向弯矩在容器横向截面内产生的应力比同样大小的接管纵向弯矩在容器纵向截面内产生的应力大得多。
