Since 1990,there has been a hypophosphatemia of cows invarying degrees at the Anda and its ten and more surrounding cities andcounties. In order to search into the cause, pathogenesis and to definediagnostic methods and therapeutic measures,we started from 1994 to conduct an epidemiological survey and clinical examinations and testedInorganic phosphorus, calcium, magnesium, alkaline phosphatase, hydroxytroline in the sera of the diseased and hypothesized healthycows and contents of phosphorus in the feed and the soil.The resultsshowed that the lower content of phosphorus in the soil of the Andaregion led to a deficiency of phosphorus in the botanical feed,which isthe key cause of hypophosphatemia occurring in the cows. Itsepidemiology was related to rainfalls and seasons.Clinically, the mostof cases was type of osteomalacia,and a small number of cases werehemoglobinuria and mixed types.As a trsult,adding phosphorus in theforage and adding phosphoric manure in the soil were suggested as amain treatment measure.

1990年以来,安达及周围地区十几个市县的奶牛常不同程度的发生低磷酸盐血症。为查找病因、探讨发生机理、确定诊断方法及防治措施,我们从1994年开始,连续三年对安达地区养牛户奶牛的低磷酸盐血症进行流行病学调查、临床检查,并测定了病牛和假定健康牛的血清无机磷、钙、镁、碱性磷酸酶、羟膊氨酸及饲料和土壤磷含量。结果表明安达地区土壤含磷量低,导致植物性饲料的磷含量不足,是奶牛发生低磷酸盐血症的主要原因。流行情况和降雨量有关。临床多数表现为骨软症型,少数表现为血红蛋白尿型和混合型。饲料补磷和土壤增施磷肥为主要防治措施

本文采用去盲肠和有盲肠公鸡的对比试验方法研究了盲肠对饲料磷的消化作用。结果表明:(1)去盲肠鸡内源磷排泄量为49mg/日.只,有盲肠鸡的内源磷排泄量为42mg/日.只,两者差异极显著(P<0.01),可见,盲肠能够消化吸收内源磷;(2)当公鸡采食含豆粕、棉仁粕、菜籽粕、花生粕或胡麻粕的半纯合日粮时,植酸磷采食量较高,有盲肠鸡磷的排泄量显著低于去盲肠鸡,真消化率显著高于去盲肠鸡(P<0.05),表明鸡盲肠具有消化吸收饲料植酸磷和非植酸磷的能力;(3)当鸡采食鱼粉日粮(非植酸磷含量NPP为0.78%)时,鸡的NPP采食量较高,有盲肠鸡磷的排泄量显著高于去盲肠鸡(P<0.05),表明鸡盲肠具有排泄磷的作用。

The experiment,based on the design of a Latin square(4×4)and using applying the method of substituting a maize starch and soybean meal basal diet,was to determine the digestibility of phosphorus from soybean meal,barley,wheat,maize,wheat middlings and reddog,wheat bran,rice bran,cavings for growing pigs and to analyze the correlations among the total phosphorus,phytate-phosphorus contents,the phytase(E.C.3.1.3.26) activity and the contents of apparent digestible phosphorus in the feeds.The results of the apparent digestibilities of phosphorus were as follows: wheat middlings and reddog,(54.43±3.41)%;wheat bran,(50.67±3.96)%;wheat,(49.11±3.37)%;barley,(42.06±2.12)%;soybean meal,(30.83±3.66)%;maize,(18.99±4.11)%;rice bran,(14.22±2.00)%;intergrate rice bran(cavings),(10.60±3.28)%.The analysis of the results shows that the total phosphorus contents(X,g/kgDM),phytate-phosphorus contents(Y,g/kgDM)and the phytase activity(Z,PU/gDM)have a significant effect on the apparent digestible phosphorus contents (ADP, g/kg DM),( regression equation: ADP=-0.4155+0.7972X-0.7802Y+0.0013Z,R2=0.9767,P=0.001),in which,the contents of the total phosphorus in the most significant factor.

采用4×4拉丁方设计 ,用玉米淀粉—豆粕作为基础饲粮 ,运用替代基础饲粮的方法测定了生长猪对一些植物性饲料中磷的消化吸收情况 ,并分析了饲料的总磷、植酸磷含量和饲料植酸酶(E.C.3.1.3.26)活性的高低与饲料表观可消化磷的关系。试验结果表明 ,生长猪对以下几种饲料磷的表观消化率如下 :次粉 ,(54.43±3.41) % ;麦麸 ,(50.67±3.96) % ;小麦 ,(49.11±3.37) % ;大麦 ,(42.06±2.12) % ;豆粕 ,(30.83±3.66) % ;玉米 ,(18.99±4.11) % ;细米糠 ,(14.22±2.00) % ;统糠 ,(10.60±3.28) %。试验结果的分析表明 :饲料的总磷含量(X,g/kgDM)、植酸磷含量(Y,g/kgDM)、饲料天然植酸酶活性(Z,PU/g DM)对饲料的表观可消化磷含量(ADP ,g/kgDM)的影响极显著(P<0.01) ,并有极显著的回归关系 :ADP= -0.4155+0.7972X -0.7802Y +0.0013Z(R2=0.9767,P=0.001)。
