In order to reduce oil processing loss,the refinery division of Beijing Yanshan Co.,Ltd. take the action to revamp the gas system with the investment of more than 20,000,000 YMB. The main purpose is to recover the flare gas with the waterless gasholder and helical-lobe compressor,The high pressure gas pipe network,flare and other auxiliary devices were revamped and the measure and control level of the system improved.After the operating experience of the new system for about one year,many defections have improved...

分析了丙烯生产过程中液化石油气加工损失的原因 ,通过改造液化石油气水洗水及高压瓦斯系统 ,每年回收丙烯 1.13kt以上 ,降低加工损失 0 .6个万分点。通过方程回归 ,确定了适宜的脱乙烷塔、脱丙烷塔顶温与回流温度之差 ,丙烯含水量降至 60~ 70 μg/g ,满足了下游装置对丙烯的质量要求。
