Makes a study of the influence of the main parameters of transform superplastic diffusion welding (TSDW) process, including microstructure, carbon distribution, change of microhardness, maximum temperature, Compress stress and the number of thermal cycles in thermal cycling at welded joint of carbon steel on the strength of the joint (T8/T8) by means of microscope, EPMA and microhardness test.
The carbon distribution in the carburized layer of 18Cr2Ni4WA steel was studied. The mathematical model of the depth of a carburized layer and the carbon distribution was built. The results have given a theoretical basis on the favorable design of processing parameter in carburizing, the accurate control of the depth and the carbon distribution in carburized layer.
Basing on field cultivation experiment and under high CO_2 concentration condition, the distribution of carbon content in different sized soil particles was primarily studied.
Nevertheless, less is understood on SOC distribution, binding mechanism in paddy soils of China and their changes in response to agricultural practices.
Nitrogen and carbon distribution profiles are measured by ERD and structural defect distributions are measured by Rutherford backscattering with channeling.
Distribution of carbon phases and impurities between the fractions is studied, and the fraction densities are calculated and experimentally determined.
The influence of the distribution of carbon black between phases of binary heterogeneous blends of polyethylene with elastomers on the viscosity of their melts was studied.
The purpose of this work is to establish the quantitatuve relationships betweentechnological factors during gas carbonitriding and surface stracture napameters ofsteel 18c_rMnTi.the combined effect of these faetores are taken into account and ex-periments in this work are arranged according to the rules of orthogonal design me-thod and parabolic regress,Eight statistical formula which concern the influence ofcarbonitriding temperature, kerosene consumption and ammoni in-put on carbon andnitrigen content and ...
Oligomerization of linear α-olefin was carried out in a 0.5 liter vessel using Ziegler-Natta alkylaluminium and titanium tetrachloride as the main catalyst component. The per pass yield of α-olefin was 56.27%.The experiment showed that 70% of the total olefin were C_(4-24) α-olefins and the peak distribution of olefinic carbon (wt,%)fell within the range of C_(8-12).Preliminary studies on the application of the α-olefins were also carried out.
