With the rapid development of high-tech, intelligent transportation sys-tems(ITS) have become a new discipline, which are able to realize different service functions. Advanced public transportation systems (APTS)are more important sub-systems in ITS. Highly advanced technologies of information and communication are applied to command coordinate and vehicular control of the global pubic transportation by APTS. With the rapid development of high-tech, intelligent transportation sys-tems(ITS) have become a new discipline, which are able to realize different service functions. Advanced public transportation systems (APTS)are more important sub-systems in ITS. Highly advanced technologies of information and communication are applied to command coordinate and vehicular control of the global pubic transportation by APTS. The 'automation' of transportation management and the 'intelligence' of vehicular running would be realized in terms of real-time dynamic data collected in pubic transportation and by the use of precedent pass measures for public transportation,optimum command dispatching of public transportation is implemented. Transportation information services are supplied and efficiency of dispatching and operating and supervisory standard of precedent pass are boosted up in the public transportation. Therefore facilitation,security and smooth of public transportation are improved.

随着高新技术发展而发展起来的智(?)通系统(Intelligent Transporta-tion Systems,ITS)是一门跨学科(?)领域,它能够实现多种功能服务.先进的公共交通系统(Advancec Public Transportation Systems,APTS)是ITS中比较重要的子系统,APTS将高度先进的信息和通信技术应用于整个公共交通系统,采用公共交通优先通行措施,根据实时采集的公共交通动态运行数据,提供公共交通信息服务,提高公共交通的调度与营运的效率化、公共交通优先管理规范化,以达到公共交通的最佳指挥和调度,从而实现公共交通管理的“自动化”,车辆行驶的“智能化”,进而提高公共交通运行的便利性、安全性以及通畅性.

This paper proposes a intelligent public transportation control system using position technology of global position system, real time communicational mode of general packet radio service and real time information service based on internet. Furthermore, it gives a detailed introduction to the functions of main components and data flow course of the system.

提出了一种采用GPS全球定位技术 ,GPRS无线实时在线通讯方式 ,以及包括基于Internet的实时信息服务的智能公共交通调度系统 ,并对其主要组成模块的功能和数据流程作了详细介绍。

This paper analyzes the characteristics of urban public transport intelligent dispatching system in China, and illustrates a hierarchy colored Petri network simulation model in detail, which can dynamically simulate the complicated dispatching process and realize qualitative and quantitative analysis. Moreover, some core dispatching principles are also presented in this paper.

讨论了我国城市公交智能调度系统结构特点。基于Petri网理论,建立了城市公交智能调度系统的分层有色PN仿真模型。列出了该模型的总调中心执行层、分调室执行层和线调组执行层的变迁和库所元素及其对应的颜色元素;给出了部分调度核心规则。该模型可对复杂的公共交通调度过程实现动态、定性及定量分析。
