The first Station-chain of Equatorial and Low-latitude Ionospheric Tomography(SELIT)along 120°E meridian has been operating since November,1993.SELIT consists of six NNSS differential Doppler receiving stations which span about 20°latitude range from Manila to Shanghai,and it is specifically designed to enable tomographic imaging of electron density large-scale structure in the region of ionospherlc equatorial anomaly.The scientific objectives of this tomography experiment are to investigate the important phenomena in the equatorial and low-latitudinal ionosphere, such as the morphology and dynamics of the equatorial anomaly,ionospheric plasma bubbles,TIDs and the magnetosphere-ionosphere-thermosphere coupling during magnetic storms.In this paper,station distribution,experiment equipment, data acquisition software and data Pre-treatment method are introduced,respectively.Sevelal CT reconstruction examples are also presented,which give the 2-Dimaging of electron density distribution obtained from the observed TEC data by means of computerized tomography technique.The results demonstrate that the SILET is very useful and effective to investigate the equatorial and low-latitudinal ionospheric structures and dynamics.

国际上第一个低纬电离层层析(CT)探测台链于1993年11月建成,并开始数据采集.该CT台链沿120°E子午圈由6个卫星信标差分多普勒接收站组成,北起我国上海,南至菲律宾的马尼拉,纬度覆盖范围约20°.该台链专为电高层赤道异常区电子密度大尺度结构CT成像而设计,其目的是监测研究赤道异常形态与动力学、电离层等离子体泡、行优以及暴时磁层-电离层-热层耦合过程等重要的赤道与低纬区电离层现象.本文介绍该低纬电离层CT实验的有关技术问题,包括接收台站布设、实验设备、数据采集软件和数据预处理方法.文中还给出利用CT技术,由实测斜电子含量数据反演电离层电子密度二维分布图像的几个实例.结果表明,利用低纬电离层CT台链可以有效地监测电离层赤道异常及其它低纬电高层电子密度大尺度结构的时空变化.

With reference of Fourier extrapolation technique, the wavelet extrapolation technique is presented in this paper.Theoretical analysis and simulation are also shown, they demonstrate inverse abilityand feasibility of the method. Both theoretical analysis and reconstruction resultsshow much superiority of the wavelet transform extrapolation technique.

电离层CT技术由于数据采集系统结构的局限性,致使所得数据不完全,伪投影中采样不均匀,频域谱值不完全.若用直接Fourier方法重建,必须对伪投影采样施以均匀化和在二维频域内进行估值.本文参照已有的Fourier外推技术,提出小波外推技术.理论分析和重建结果都说明小波外推技术具有较多优越性.
