During the life-saving of patients with left ventricular failure, one of the most promising methods may be left ventricular support utilizing the mechanical assist pump before the problems of implanting artificial heart have been solved.Three types (sac, straight-flow and vortex) of single blood pumps have been made by the artificial heart study group of Tianjing, and the dynamic parameters of these blood pumps determined on our mechanical systemic circulatory device. The primary dynamic parameters measured in vitro included the driving condition, e. g. the positive and negative driving pressure, the filling pressure and the-driving frequency effected on the output of blood pump and the arterial and venous pressure of the mechanical simulator. The wave forms of the arterial pressure were recorded respectively. From these data, the relation detween mean arterial pressure and flood pump output (-Q curve ) were obtained for each pump, and the stroke volume of three blood pumps were calculated in various driving pressure and their efficiency were compared.Results showed that the out function of blood pumps would possibly suffice the output necessity of left ventricular assist ( e. g. 1-5 1/min), and the operating optimal condition of each blood pump were determined. Through comparing the dynamic properties on mechanical simulator, these data provide guidance for the design and manufacture of blood pump.

尽管在美国全植入式人工心脏已用于临床,但是还有许多问题尚待解决,因此利用左心室辅助血泵抢救心脏病处于危险状态的病人,仍是目前最有希望的一种方法。为此,天津市人工心脏协作组,参考有关国外资料,研制出三种类型的左心室辅助血泵(囊型、管型及涡型),并在研制的“体循环模拟台”上做了血液动力学参数的测定。主要测试了三种血泵的驱动压(正压与负压)、驱动频率(心率)、充盈压(回心压)对心排量、动脉压、静脉压的影响,并记录了上述各测定指标相应的动脉压力波形。并由测定结果算出每种血泵的—Q曲线(平均动脉压与心排量之间的关系)、每种血泵在不同驱动压下的每搏搏出量及其各种血泵的效率。从总的测定结果可以认为这三种血泵均能满足左心辅助心排量的需要,一般可达1—5升/分钟;另外,也找出了各种血泵最宜适的工作条件(指驱动压、驱动频率等);同时还比较了各种血泵彼此的优缺点,为改进血泵的设计制造提供了一些实验依据。

In this paper effect of dimple shaped initial deflection on stress distri-bution of ring stiffened cylindrical shell under external hydrostatic pressu-re is discussed;stress distribution in the shell is predicated by approxi-mate theoretical analysis.A general mathematical expression,valid for different shapes of in-itial deflection,is derived and the concept of“scope factor”of initial de-flection is proposed in the first part of this paper.Then stress analysis ofring stiffened cylindrical shell with dimple shaped initial deflection underhydrostatic pressure is made by applying linear shell theory.The compari-son made between the numerical results calculated by the method develo-ped in this paper and those computed by SAP-V program shows that theyare in good agreement.The result of theoretical analysis indicates that not only amplitude butalso scope of initial deflection has significant effect on stress distributionof shell.It also indicates that effect of convex initial deflection is differentfrom that of concave one.Hence effect of amplitude,scope and convexity/concavity condition of initial deflection must be considered jointly in di-scussing their effects on stress distribution of ring stiffened cylindricalshell.

本文讨论了壳板初挠度对环肋圆柱壳在静水外压作用下应力分布的影响,用理论分析的方法预报了有初挠度壳体中的应力。通过对涡型初挠度的讨论,建立了初挠度范围因子的概念,提出了具有普遍意义的初挠度数学模型,并且用线性小挠度理论对具有非轴对称初挠度的弹性环肋圆柱壳进行了求解,并与SAP-5计算结果进行了比较。理论分析结果表明,初挠度范围对壳体应力也有较大的影响,外凸和内凹初挠度对壳体应力的影响是不同的。因此,应该综合讨论初挠度幅值、范围以及凸凹形式对环肋圆柱壳壳体应力的影响。

This paper presents the application of the finite element incremental perturbation method basing on Koiter's general theory of stability to analyse the buckling strength of thin plates with dimple imperfections. The paper does give a systematic reserch upon the effect of dimple imperfections on the postbuckling strength of thin plates.

本文以Koiter一般稳定性理论为基础,应用有限元增量摄动法给出具有涡型缺陷的平板的屈曲分析,并系统研究了涡型缺陷对薄板屈后强度的影响。
