Inheritance of biological characters of Phytophthora drechsleri Tucker in S_1 progeny including growth rate,morphology of colony,of vegetative hyphae,and of fruit- bodies,sporulation,growth ability at 35℃ and pathogenicity were studied.Two isolates of wild type (A_1 and A_2) were induced to self cross by polycarbonate membrane technique.After 110 day storage oospores germinated on S+L medium without KMnO_4 or H_2O_2 pretreatment. Thirty single-oospore cultures were obtained from one parent and thirty-five from another (with germination rate about 10%).Results show that the biological characters tested vary in S_1 progeny of both A_1 and A_2 parental isolates.Some single-oospore cultures grew more rapi- dly or slowly than parental isolates and the colony morphology differed from their parents. Cultures with distortional hyphae and sporangia,sporulation on agar medium or producing more sporangia in water,not growth at 35℃,and attenuation or loss of pathogenicity were observed in S_1 progeny from the same parent.Biological characters tested are inheritable stably in single zoospore clones from both parental isolates,which demonstrates that the varia- tions of the characters in S_1 progeny are resulted from heterozygosity of the parental isolates. Some variations may associated with cytoplasmic factors.The possibility of variation of biolo- gical characters in P.drechsleri and unstability of some taxonomic features under natural con- dition were discussed.Genetical recombination in sexual reproduction may be one of the pri- mary cause of the variation in P.drechsleri.

测定了掘氏疫霉Phytophthora drechsleri Tucker生长速率、菌落形态、菌体形态、产孢能力、耐35℃高温生长、致病力等生物学性状在自交S_1代的遗传与变异。2个掘氏疫霉野生型菌株(A_1、A_2各1株)经聚碳膜间隔配对诱导自交产生的卵孢子(保存110天左右)在S+L培养基上萌发,分别获得30和35个单卵孢株(萌发率10%左右)。测定结果表明,上述生物学性状在2个亲本自交后代均发生变异,部分单卵孢株生长速度减慢、菌落形态明显改变、孢子囊和菌丝畸形、产孢能力增强、在35℃中弱生长或不生长,或致病力减弱直至无致病力。在亲本的单游动孢子无性系后代未观察到上述变异,说明上述生物学性状变异主要因亲本遗传因子的杂合性所致。从遗传学角度探讨了在自然条件下掘氏疫霉生物学性状的变异性以及某些分类依据不稳定的原因,指出有性生殖过程中的基因重组可能是引起掘氏疫霉生物学性状变异的主要原因之一。

Tm22 resistance gene functioned in transgenic tobacco resistant to tobamovirus. Variations were demonstrated in T2 progenies on gene segregation. Some of them were pollenfree in anther; some of them showed pale colour in the petals; some of them became dwarf and some of them etiolated on kanamycin media. These variants provided a number of materials for the understanding of mechanism and function of transgenic system. In this paper, we present these varied phenotypes of variants in T2 progenies.

Tm-22基因转化烟草并获得表达,表明Tm-22基因的功能在同科不同属的植物体上没有改变.但是转基因烟草的T2代出现了许多生物学性状的变异,例如,无花粉花药、花瓣呈浅色、植株体矮化、种苗黄化等,这种变异性状的产生不仅有外源基因重组的因素,也是该基因与其它基因相互作用的结果.这些变异的个体为研究该基因的功能及其遗传变异规律提供了丰富的材料.
