A method for testing and measuring of friction force at small applied load is introduced. The normal load is applied by means of buoyancy and the friction force is measured with a strain sensor. By adopting the model into finite element analysis for sheet metal forming, the variational values of frictional coefficient could be calculated. The friction measurement system for aluminum sheet warm forming has been developed based on the probe sensors and the friction coefficient during cup drawing process has been tested. The calculated results and experimental data indicate that the friction coefficient during sheet metal forming is not a constant. With the stroke of punch, the friction coefficient has incremental trend.

对润滑条件下铝合金薄板筒形件拉深成形过程进行了工艺分析 ,在作出一些简化和假设的基础上 ,建立了基于流体润滑的筒形件拉深成形过程摩擦模型 ;将该模型运用到板料成形过程有限元分析中 ,计算出筒形件成形时摩擦系数动态变化的数值 ;开发出基于探针测试的铝合金板温成形动态过程摩擦测试系统 ,并对筒形件成形时的摩擦系数进行了测试实验。计算结果与实验数据表明 ,板料成形过程中的摩擦系数不是一个常数 ,随着凸模行程的增加 ,摩擦系数具有增加的趋势。

A self-assembly method was adopted to obtain rare earth(RE) nanofilm on the substrates of single-crystal silicon and glass.A sliding reciprocating micro friction tester was developed to carry out tribological investigation of the films.As a result,the RE nanofilms are of lower steady friction coefficient (COF) and better wearing resistance compared with the substrates,indicating their promising applications in microelectromechanical system(MEMS) field.

在单晶硅和玻璃基片上用自组装的方法制备了稀土纳米膜,利用原子力显微镜(AFM)、接触角测量仪等测试手段对制备的薄膜进行了表征;并用自行研制的滑动往复式微摩擦测试系统测试了其摩擦特性.研究结果表明,在玻璃和单晶硅基片表面都成功地组装上了稀土自组装薄膜,未经表面改性的单晶硅和玻璃基片的摩擦系数分别为0.80和0.79,在其表面制备稀土纳米膜后的摩擦系数分别降低至0.16和0.11,同时耐磨性及摩擦稳定性都得到显著提高,显示了稀土纳米膜在微机构表面改性的潜在应用前景.
