In view of the actual situation of high respirable dust concentration in the working face of mine in our country, new type of air ejector similar as converging-diverging nozzle with high-pressure spray was developed in this paper by the principles of water jet and gas mechanics, operating mechanism of the ejector was thoroughly analyzed, and the internal flow characteristics was also studied systemically by using Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) technology. The calculated results showed that the converging-diverging nozzle worked as Venturi tube under economical and efficient spraying pressure. The optimum eject property can be obtained with proper reducing angle, increasing angle, transitional circle and length of each section. The results of experiment and preliminary application in working face indicated that the eject capacity of the air mixed with dust approached the advanced level of similar products under the same condition, a good atomizing effect and more than 70% of dust suppression efficiency were gained.

针对我国综放工作面呼吸性粉尘浓度高且难于控制的实际情况 ,根据高压射流和空气动力学有关理论 ,提出了一种缩放喷管式高压喷雾引射降尘装置 ,并对其工作机理作了深入分析 ;借助于计算流体动力学方法 ,从理论上系统地研究了喷雾装置的内部流动特性 .计算结果表明 ,在经济有效的喷雾压力下 ,缩放喷管以文丘里管方式工作 ;在适当的渐缩角、渐扩角、过渡圆弧和各段长度条件下 ,可获得最佳的引射效果 .对主要结构参数优选后的喷雾引射装置地面实验和井下初步应用表明 ,在同等条件下 ,该装置引射含尘气流的能力接近最高水平 ;对周围环境中呼吸性粉尘降尘率达到 70 %以上

根据水力降尘原理和旋转射流理论,深入分析了影响喷嘴降尘效果的各种因素,并对不同结构喷嘴的喷雾效果进行了实验研究。实验室型式实验表明:所研制的高压射流雾化喷嘴在喷雾压力为10MPa时,具有要求的条件雾化角,合理的雾粒直径、足够的雾粒运动速度,完全满足煤矿井下控制粉尘,呼吸性粉尘的需要,为煤矿安全清洁生产提供了经济有效的手段。
