绕射辐射振荡器(Orotron),又称为具有反射栅的开放式谐振腔振荡器,是最近几年发展起来的一种新型电子器件。随着科学技术的日益发展对毫米波、亚毫米波技术的迫切要求,它作为一种可调谐的宽频带中、小功率毫米波、亚毫米波发生器,近年来得到广泛的重视。 本文从伏拉索夫方程出发,应用动力学理论分析了绕射辐射振荡器的线性理论,得到了起动电流的表达式,分析了速度零散的影响。

This paper develops and studies in detail the diffraction radiation oscillator with a open cavity and a periodic structure through series of cold and thermal measurements by means of a removable dynamic vacuum system. From 2000 volts to 4000 volts, the microwave oscillatory power measured is in 4mm-band. The minimal start current was 30-40 mA, this result is betten thar that obtained in US Army Electronics Research and Development Command, Harry Diamand Laboratories.
