设计了一种基于固体荧光材料(Cr∶LiSAF)的荧光光纤温度计。分析了系统荧光材料的吸收和发射特性,研制了Cr∶LiSAF的光纤测温探头。实验表明,该系统具有较高的精度和分辨率,在20~50℃的温度范围特别适合生物医学领域的温度测量。
