The etherification of FCC gasoline was studied. The commercial test of CHO-1,a promotor for enhancing the octane number of FCC gasoline,in a 120×10~4t/a FCCU is presented.With a paraffinic feedstock,the RONC of FCC gasoline is enhanced from 88.6~89.1 to 91.0~91.3,and the MONC from 78.5~78.7 to 79.7~80.0,CHO-1 is also adaptive to various FCC situations,such as processing VGO from various crudes,blending residue of Daqing crude into FCC feed,varying recycle ratio or adopting on-ce-through operation,using CO combustion promotor or metal passivator,etc.

本文介绍CHO-1助辛烷值剂在120×10~4t/a催化裂化装置上的使用结果.当系统藏量中助辛烷值剂占13.4%时,加工石蜡基原料,汽油RON从88.6~89.1提高到91~91.3,MON从78.5~78.7提高到79.7~80.对于加工不同种类原油的重馏分油或掺炼大庆减压渣油,采用不同回炼比或单程裂化,以及使用CO助燃剂或金属钝化剂,CHO-1助辛烷值剂均能适应.
