从J积分定义出发,应用数学分析方法给出裂纹体受任意一空间载荷作用时的复合型J积分JM与各类载荷分量单独作用时的J积分之间的关系式。各载荷下的J积分均具有守恒性。用有限元方法对一种材料、两种结构的试样在复合型载荷作用下J积分的守恒性进行了分析和验证,对J积分概念在复合型弹塑性断裂分析中的应用及复合型J判据的建立进行了讨论。

The characteristics of metal rubber under spatial loading were researched in this paper.Metal rubber elements show different performance when they were loaded from different directions.A test rig was designed to apply loads for different directions to test the change of the characteristics of MR element.Results can be used for the design of MR isolator elements and they were useful for adjustment of the performance of elements.

研究了金属橡胶材料在空间载荷作用下其性能变化,载荷作用到金属橡胶材料各个方向上大小不同,其在各个方向性能也不同。利用所研制的专门的实验装置,对在一个方向上改变金属橡胶材料的载荷,在其余的方向上发生变化的情况进行了实验研究。得到的结果能够应用到由金属橡胶材料制备的减振件、隔振件等,满足了在使用过程中对其机械性能的调整。
