When the source resistance is less than lkΩ, the most sensitivity is less than 0.1μV, the time drift less than 1/μV/7 hour, the settling time less than 5 seconds.

In order to expand the applications of Vacuum quadrupole mass---spectrometer,anew design plan is presen ted,he plan could lead to low lost,reliable performance and goodpractice to user.An example is given in the paper,It is shown that the new design could reduce theinvestment in mass─spectrometer monitor considerably.
