The maximum absorption level was obtained 15 days after treatment with carbofuran,and 26 days after treatmeut with "Evisect" (thiocyclam hydrogen oxalate). This paper deals with the results of the absorption,translocation, metabolism of Neristoxin derivatives aud carbofuran applied in the root zone of rice and the results of the effectiveness in controlling yellow stem borer(Scirpaphaga incertvlus) arid brown plant-hopper (Nilapar-vata lugens). The maximum absorption level was obtained 15 days after treatment with carbofuran,and 26 days after treatmeut with "Evisect" (thiocyclam hydrogen oxalate). The leaf-to stem residue ratios were 4.58-8.96 for carbofuran and. 1.29-3.75 for "Evisect" . The stem apparently primarily served as a channel for carbofuram transfer but not as a site for localization . Moreover . it was observed that carbofuran was released into transpiration stream, thus leaching out of the stomata of rice leaves, while "Evisect" was not.The results of present study indicate that 3-hydroxycarbofuran , 3-keto carbofuran phenol are formed 36 hr. after treatment with the parent compound, but carbofuran phenol could not be found if the treated plant was grown in the soil without the application of carbofuran. Thus it appears that carbofuran phenol was first formed by degradation of the test compound in soil and then absorbed by rice.Results indicate that carbofuran and "Evisect" are suitable for root zone application. Owing to the differences of absorption, translocation and metabolism between the two compounds, it is obvious that the residual effect of "Evisect" in controlling stem borer is longer than that of carbofuran , but carbofuran is very effective against brown plant-hopper. It is reccomended that Dimehypo (S,S (dimethylamine) trimethylane dithiosul-furic acid ester). a Neristoxin derivative could be extensively used for the control of certain rice insects.

本文研究了根区施用巴丹类及呋喃丹杀虫剂在水稻植株中的吸收、运转、代谢以及对水稻三化螟、稻飞虱的药效。结果表明,呋喃丹在施药后15天的吸收量为最高,易卫杀在施药后26天为最高。吸收量的茎、叶比结果表明,呋喃丹为4.56~8.96,而易卫杀一般只有1.29~3.75,说明呋喃丹很少滞留在茎中,易卫杀在茎中有一定的滞留量。从自显影照片看出呋喃丹在水稻老叶叶尖有集中积累并从叶尖气孔蒸发外逸现象,易卫杀则在茎部与新叶中有一定的积累。较均勻地分布于植株中。水稻植株在施用呋喃丹后36小时即可检出代谢物3—酮呋喃丹,3—酮呋喃丹酚,3—羟呋喃丹;初步认为呋喃丹酚可能不是植株的代谢产物而是土壤降解产物为植株所吸收。 试验结果指出,呋喃丹、易卫杀都是很好的根区施药内吸剂。由于吸收,运转,代谢的差异,巴丹类药剂对三化螟的残效期比呋喃丹长,而呋喃丹对稻飞虱的药效却比巴丹类药剂好。本文推荐了杀虫双应用于防治水稻害虫。

在棉远缘种间杂交育种时,由于存在着杂交不亲和性,一般难以获得杂种,间或杂交成功,也仅是极个别植株,而且生长弱,同时杂种F_1又高度不育,因而很难保持。我们在获得棉花种间杂种后,应用扦插和嫁接等无性凡殖法,保持和扩大了杂种群体。 1,扦插法:在杂种植株上,取健壮枝条,先用植物生长素(NAA、IBA)进行高浓度、短时间浸泡处理,然后扦人床内,在保持高温湿润条件下,扦插一周后,扦枝基部产生愈伤组织,经一月左右,形成不定根,即可移植,成活为新植株。 2,嫁接法:取杂种幼嫩枝条为接穗。用陆X海杂种株作砧木,当砧木植株生长到8——9个真叶时,将顶端切掉,把接穗嫁接在砧木真叶的叶腋处,容易愈合,成活率高,而且生长势很强。通过无性凡殖法,为种间杂种后代的回交转育和对杂种染色体的加倍试验及鉴定,提供了大量的植株。
