The two-step atomization--rapid solidification process developed by the authors was theoreti-cally analyzed, and the influence of some process parameters on the production of Al-Li alloypowder was investigated. On the basis of founding a heat transfer model, the heat transfer coeffi-cient at the interface between molten Al-Li alloy droplets and the fluid coolant has been calculi-ated. Then the relationship between cooling rate and powder particle diameter was given accordingto Newtonian cooling. The calculation shows that different fluid coolant results in a change ofthe cooling rate which ranges from 10~4 to 10~7 K/s for 5~80 micron powder. The morphology, par-ticle size and its distribution as well as microstructure of the powders were also studied.

本文在理论上分析了由作者发展起来的一种两步雾化——快速凝固制粉技术,研究了某些工艺参数对铝锂合金粉末制备过程的影响。在建立热传导模型的基础上,计算了熔体液滴与冷却介质之间界面上的传热系数,并由牛顿冷却计算出了冷却速度与粉末颗粒大小之间的关系。结果表明,冷却剂不同得到的冷却速度不同。对于5~80μm的粉末颗粒其凝固时的冷却速度范围为10~4~10~7K/s。此外,本文还研究了铝钾合金粉末的形貌、颗粒大小及其分布和粉末的微观结构。

The large volume fraction of Al12 (FeV)3 Si particles accounts for the delay of recrystallization at high temperature,thus improving the elevated temperature properties and stability of the alloy.

采用多级快速凝固制粉装置制各RSPAl-Fe-V-SiFVS0812合金粉,运用TEM,XRD对合金冷轧板高温稳定性进行了研究.结果表明;在550℃下长时间退火,合金仍保持相当高的硬度;在600℃下退火12h,可观察到再结晶发生,并伴随有{110}再结晶织构出现.合金中大量的第2相粒子延缓了再结晶的发生,提高了组织与性能的稳定性
