在对压铸机合模机构座板进行机构分析时 ,利用人工神经网络的非线性映射能力 ,通过少量样本的有限元分析结果 ,训练一个用于结构分析的人工神经网络 ,使之能够针对不同的机械结构预测其有限元分析结果 ,解决了结构优化设计的瓶颈问题——优化设计的快速迭代和有限元分析的大量计算之间的矛盾。利用这种结构优化设计策略 ,设计了压铸机合模机构座板 ,结果表明了该方法的高效性
