To construct port vessel automatic identification system(AIS)communication network is very important for port modernization construction. Taking Ningbo Port as an example, this paper proposes the construction plans of port AIS network, which centers on site selection of base stations and its combination with port information management system.
At last this thesis discusses how to using this general model of the WebGIS to realize the transformation of port information system, and has an in-depth study and exploration of transformation of this system. In response to user needs, the modules of generated and maintenance yard maps, the information of cargo types, the arrangement for spaces, historical data exported, enquiries of map, feature statistics have been added,the visualization management has been realized successfully.
According to its characteristics in harbor information, this paper brings forward a solution for the design and application of harbor information collection system with considering the modern electronic information technology. It provides a reference for harbor information construction.
This thesis introduces RBAC at first, then joins concept of Group into this model and expands it, and puts forward a suitable model of port, and carries on detailed analysis and design on this basis, realizes it under the Struts framework finally.
