At present, measurement of static stress of connecting rod by means of resistance-strain method is made mostly in tension-compression tester outside the diesel engine (sometimes, this is necessary ). If such equipmentis unavailable, the measurement will be difficult, especially for large or mrdium size diesel engines while larger tension-compression tester is necessary.We tried to load directly on the diesel engine to make mea- surement of static stress of the connecting rod, the load and constraint condition...

At present, measurement of static stress of connecting rod by means of resistance-strain method is made mostly in tension-compression tester outside the diesel engine (sometimes, this is necessary ). If such equipmentis unavailable, the measurement will be difficult, especially for large or mrdium size diesel engines while larger tension-compression tester is necessary.We tried to load directly on the diesel engine to make mea- surement of static stress of the connecting rod, the load and constraint condition on the connecting rod were made closely similar to the actual running condition. Result of the experiment indicates that this method is useful. In doing the experiment only a little attention is sufficient to avoid the effect of stress of bending and turning on the connecting rod. This experiment requires only a few instruments and the method is simple easy and suitable for testing single-cylinder or multi-cylinder, large or small diesel engines running at high-speed or low-speed. It satisfies the requirements of engineering measurement. This article mainly descriles the equipment, method and analysis of the result of measuring the static stress of connecting rod in a high-speed small, double-cylinder diesel engine.

目前连杆静应力电测多数是在柴油机外的拉压试验机上进行(这样做,有时是必要的).这对于缺乏拉压试验机等设备的单位就有一定困难.特别是对大型、中型柴油机的连杆,所需拉压试验设备更为庞大.我们试采用了直接在柴油机上加静截进行连杆静应力电测的方案.试验结果表明:该方法是可行.可以使连杆的受力及约束状态更为接近柴油机的实际情况.试验时只要稍加注意就可以避免附加弯曲、扭转应力.能满足工程上测量精度要求.试验所需设备极少,易于自行解决.方法简单,易做.无论单缸、多缸、高速、低速、小型或大型发动机均可适用.本文主要介绍在一台高速小型双缸柴油机上进行连杆静应力实机测量的装置、方法和测量结果分析.

In order to study the diesel engine combustion a new testing rig has been designed and manufactured. It is modified from an ordinary multi-cylinder diesel engine. This testing rig can carry out only one cycle of the diesel like a rapid compression-combustion machine. The cylinder head of this rig is made of organic glass, through which the combustion phenomenon can be watched in whole size. On this rig there are a speciel inlet, outlet, injection and control system. In the experiment the moving and thermal condition...

为了研究四冲程柴油机的燃烧,设计和制造了一个新的试验装置,它是由一台正常的多缸柴油机改装而成,本试验装置能够象“急速压燃装置”一样只作单循环试验。本装置的气缸头由有机玻璃制成,通过它可以看到气缸中的燃烧的全景。试验装置上的进、排气系统,射油系统及控制系统都是专门设计的。在试验研究中活塞的运动规律及气缸中的热状态等与实际发动机完全一样,因此得到的实验结果将非常精确地显示出四冲程柴油机气缸中的燃烧现象。

Abstract This paper deals with the variable inertia non-linear tortional vibration equation of a marine diesel engine solved by perturbation method and gives an expression of frequencies and amplitudes in resonance and non-resonance conditions. Because of the effect of the variable inertia, the amplitudes and frequencies are variable under resonance condition. The calculation of a single screw 12-cylinder diesel shows that the accuracy of the proposed method is acceptable.

本文探讨了用摄动方法求解船用柴油机变惯量非线性振动方程,提出了在共振和非共振情况下频率和振幅的表达式.由于变惯量的影响,在共振时振动和频率都是变量.本文通过对一台带有单浆的12缸柴油机的实例计算,说明采用作者所提方法的精度是可用的.
